Director

Priscilla Almodovar is a Director of Realty-Income and its wholly owned subsidiaries, RM Manager, Realty-Income Commercial Capital, RM Adviser, RM Technologies, RM Admin and RM Communities. She has been involved in investments with property values over $7 billion, including over 32,000 apartment and single-family units, and is considered a pioneer in real estate crowdfunding. Ms. Helman holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Management Change from Georgetown University.

Jacqueline Brady is a Director at Realty-Income and is responsible for both growing our base of members and continually improving their investment experience. Mr. Gomperts has a wealth of customer centric experience growing companies over the past 15 years. Prior to Realty-Income, he was the CMO at ForwardLine Financial, a FinTech SMB direct lender, was the EVP of Marketing and Strategic Development at Robbins Brothers, a specialty retail chain, and worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Chief Investment Officer

Jonathan Pong is Chief Investment Officer for Realty-Income, overseeing underwriting, closing and asset management for the firm’s debt and equity investments. Mr. Fraley has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including sourcing transactions and negotiating complex joint venture equity partnerships. From 2006-2013, Mr. Fraley sat on the Investment Committee for Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm with more than $8 billion in assets under management. He holds a B.A. from New York University and an MBA from Yale University.

Chief Technology Officer

Neil Abraham is Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the industry-leading technology platform and Information Technology infrastructure. He has more than 30 years of experience in technology, including 21 years at Microsoft, where he was a founding member of the Xbox team and an early Internet pioneer. Mr. Hebenthal has also served as CTO at ISSA and Axiom/Knowable, as Chief Network Engineering Officer and SVP of Cloud Infrastructure at Change Healthcare and as Director for Amazon’s payments platform. He holds a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Toledo.

Mark Hagan is the Chief Accounting Officer at Realty-Income and responsible for the financial reporting for the company. Prior to joining Realty-Income, Mr. Moclair served as Chief Accounting Officer for Ladder Capital Corp as well as Controller for North America for Rabobank International. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College.

Sumit Roy is the President and CEO for Realty-Income. Prior to joining Realty-Income, Mr. Tierney spent over 10 years as Senior Counsel with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and Division of Investment Management’s Chief Counsel’s Office. While there he led investigations into violations of federal securities laws, including financial fraud by public real estate development companies and misconduct by investment advisers and broker dealers, and provided guidance concerning investment advisers, private funds, and investment companies. Mr. Tierney holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from San Diego State University, and a J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Todd Hanson is the Managing Director for RM Communities across the US with responsibility for overall strategy and directing all investment activities while also maintaining and developing capital and partnership opportunities. He was previously EVP, Head of Investments at a multifamily PE firm, a Director of the RE Strategic Advisory Group at Houlihan Lokey Capital, and a real estate attorney with O’Melveny & Meyers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota; a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School; and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.

Brian Sigler is Managing Director of Investor Relations with responsibility for managing client relationships. In this capacity, he has overseen $800+ million in investment offerings. Mr. Sigler previously worked in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and Barclays, focusing on high net worth individuals, company founders and family offices. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Eric Levy is Vice President and Portfolio Manager with responsibility for portfolio and asset management for debt and equity assets held by the Realty-Income Income REIT and the Realty-Income Apartment Growth REIT. Mr. Levy has worked in commercial real estate since 2013, including roles in asset management across all asset classes, construction management and investor relations. Prior to Realty-Income, he worked for World Class Capital Group. He holds a B.A. in History from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Aubrey Oesterle is Vice President of Operations with responsibility for overseeing marketplace transactions and operational processes across the Realty-Income technology platform. Ms. Oesterle has over 11 years of experience developing operational processes across real estate and technology firms, with experience in loan servicing, commercial leasing and acquisitions, investment management, and technology project development. She holds B.A. degrees in Business Economics and Art History from the University of California-Santa Barbara.
